Installer Error

Hi,

when I tried to Installer Windows Intaller CleanUp Utitiy there is massage
display (the Windows Installer service could not be accessed. This Can occur
if you are running windows in Safe mode, or if the windows installer is not
correctly installed. Contact your Support personnel for assistance.

and please note that i Loge Administrator in My PC bit still I don't How I
solve this Problem??
and what is the mean (you are running Windows in safe mode)??

Which version of Windows is this happening on? You would know if you were really in safe
mode as it would indicate as such when you log into Windows.

More than likely what's happened is that the Windows Installer has been seriously damaged.
