Installer Freezes When trying to install SP2

Hello. Ive been trying to install sp2, i installed first when it came out and
then went back to sp1 because a peice of software wasnt working under sp2.
Now i want to reinstall sp2 but it just stays on Initializing Installation.
Has anyone else had a similar problem or knows to to solve this?
