installimg software

I am having trouble installing Nero bundled software and a Logitech web cam
software The software will not install or uninstall, I'm stuck. this is the
first time that this has ever happened. I did install a Sony DVD burner and
tried installing the software that came packaged w/it (Nero).

You state: I cannot install or uninstall? How can you not be able to
uninstall if installing does not work?

Which operating system are you using?

Sony drivers are always a trouble maker. When you install it, always make a
reboot right away and then you can install other stuff.
