We have 4 accounts: 2 admins (parents) and 2 users (our kids).
When an administrator installs application (Peachtree for example) how do we
limit the shortcuts from populating on all user accounts desktops and the
apps from appearing on the start menu of all accounts?

At present, as we move everything from old computer to new, we keep making
the same unintended consequence and us admins don't know what we're doing
wrong.

On our prior computer we didn't utilize multiple accounts/users. So this is
all new to us.
