installing activesync 3.7.1 copy error-1

While installing Activesync 3.7.1, getting the following
error:

Setup could not copy the
file 'c:\temp\IXP001.tmp\core\inf\wceusbsh.cat' (copy
error -1). Restart your desktop computer and run Setup
again.

Have restarted the desktop several times and ran setup.
Same error.

I'd recommend re-downloading Activesync installer. Sounds like it might
be corrupted.

Hi,

Try the following on your computer --

1. Click Start -> Run and type

%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp

2. Click Ok

3. Delete all files in the folder that appears. This folder is the
temporary location where it extracts the files from the setup program. Now
run the setup and attempt to install once again.
