At least the "Load/Unload Device Drivers" privilege is necessary, which is
"administrator for PnP purposes".
UpdateDriversForPlugAndPlayDevices, though, requires the real admin rights
sometimes - was reported on this forum once.
Anyway - Windows is just not designed for non-admins to install software.
For instance, you must be the Power User to install any COM components.
