Installing I.E.6 updates AFTER I.E.7 is installed

Do you accept updates for I.E.6 AFTER I.E.7 is installed?? Or will
WindowsXP updates just not show any updates for the older version of I.E.6?
Just getting ready for this this months updates and this question came to
mind.

If IE7 is installed, Windows Update will only offer you updates pertinent
for IE7, Ken.

Hi, Ken;

Just to tag onto what Robear said: If you install IE 7 and then later
(after the mandatory restart) see updates for IE6 being offered by WU/AU/MU,
then that's a bug. Either post back here with that, or email me at
with the gory details. There isn't a lot of activity on
the WU/AU/MU homefront by MS these days, but I will try to get the info to
the right people.
