installing filter driver over serial ports

I would like to installa a upper filter driver over serial ports, i tried to
installa it by devcon.
devcon update c:\driverpath\myinf.inf *PNP0501
this command installs the filter driver over all serial ports.
How can i install it only over "COM2" or only over "COM1"?

It is a device filter based on toaster devupper sample in WDK
