Installing GDI Detection

I'm trying to reinstall Micro soft GDI notice KB873374 which indicates failed
April 25 2006. Do I need this on my computer if so how do I install this
program. I need step by sept coaching.

Also June 2006 update Windows Malicious software removal tool KB89030 update
status stats Cancelled does this mean I don't reqire it ?? If I do once again
I need step by step instructions.

It means that the download was cancelled by either you or someone using
the system. Revisit Windows Update, download the standalone version, or
use the Online version here :
