Installing Home Premium with Ultimate disk

Hey all,
I've been searching and havent come across a very strait answer. I have
a home premium 32bit key, and i only have access to a ultimate 32bit
disk. Can I install home premium with the ultimate disk?

Yes. All the disks are the same; i.e., they have all the consumer versions
of Vista on them (I don't know about Enterprise). Just use your Home
Premium key when asked for it and that's what will get installed.
