This log doesn't show a problem. It shows some copies of inuse modules
being done which would normally occur as it says "on next reboot".
Are you allowing a reboot to occur? If you are and these modules are
not being copied/renamed during the boot I would suspect that you have
some security app which is interfering with that process. So temporarily
disable your security apps for the next boot (and either disable your network
link or ensure that you are using the Windows firewall if there is any chance
of a connection occurring during the boot.) Normally doing a safe boot
without networking might be sufficient to start up without your security apps
but I don't think it would do the necessary copying of files for you too.
E.g., I think that a different registry ControlSet is used in each case
and I doubt that PendingFileRenameOperations queued
in one ControlSet would be done by booting with another.
