Installing Microsoft Security Essential software in vista stops WM

I am running an application in Vista Ultimate which runs WMI script for every
5secs. I have tested the application by running it for almost 54 hours. It
works fine without any problem.
But, after installing Microsoft Security Essentials software in the same
Vista Ultimate system. After every 1-2hour I am getting an error "WMI has
stopped WMIPRVSE.exe because a quota reached a warning value. Quota:
HandleCount value:4169 Maximum value: 4096 WMIPRVSE: 2756" and my application
stops working with error WBEM_E_SHUTTING_DOWN.
Please let me know what is the problem.
