Installing new Windows 2008 Cluster

I get the following error when I am creating a cluster - can anyone help me
with this error.

Cluster network name resource 'Cluster Name' cannot be brought online.
Ensure that the network adapters for dependent IP address resources have
access to at least one DNS server. Alternatively, enable NetBIOS for
dependent IP addresses

Hello Bad,

Please post an unedited ipconfig /all from the 2008 and your DNS server and
also describe how your DNS is configured in the domain.

Did you run the cluster validation tests? Did your nodes pass all of these
tests?

Sorry for the late response. I had netbios disabled for the NIC used for
network connectivity. It was enabled for the two virtual addresses. It
worked immediately after I enabled netbios on the NIC used for network
connectivity. I read that netbios is not required for Windows 2008 failover
clustering.

I am going to disable netbios again and see if it still works.
