installing new WLM

Hey, comp tells me to install latest version of WLM.
It loads halfway, then reports an error,
'An error occured during the installation of assembly
Microsoft VC80.crt=8.0.50727.42. It looks like another program is preventing
the installer working. hr:0x80070643.

Please help, no idea what this means or the solution. Thanks.

Although there is a setup log which would probably yield the specific issue, assuming your PC
is up-to-date anyway, you can just install the latest version yourself, bypassing the Visual
C runtimes which are causing this issue.

To do so, just download and run the following Microsoft Installer files (MSI) and should to
good to go:
