Installing security updates from Microsoft KB923723

I have been trying to install KB923723 all morning, it keeps saying
successfully installed, but than it keeps popping up with the microsoft
yellow shield. I have restarted the computer, turned the computer off, and
it keeps telling me to install.I went to the microsoft site and tried to
install from there, but keeps popping up. Any suggestions on what to do?

YES! i have the same issue! I have installed 10 times but it keeps coming
back! can anyone help??

3a. Check Windowsupdate.log (%windir%\Windowsupdate.log) for errors
associated with the download/install.

3b. Compare errors to those listed here:
