Installing services for Network File System

I have a 2 node Windows 2008 R2 cluster.
I want to add Services for Network File Systems.
Neither node will let me do it.

I go to Roles, Add Role, put the check box in and the installation fails
and tells me I need to reboot to undo any changes.

That is it for the error...no further information, that I can find anyway.

Is there something I need to do before installing NFS on a cluster or on
R2 in general?
Thanks in advance.
