Installing SOFTWARE item from publisher com_microsoft

Hi,

From a Win2K workstation, we have the registry set up
to get update from our SUS server.

Is there any way we can tell the workstation is really
getting the updates from our SUS server instead of from
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com?

Look at the URL in the log? <eg>

BTW there is a separate newsgroup which specializes in SUS.
You may get better answers about it there:

news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...wareupdatesvcs


(news URL used by OE. If your newsreader can't use it just strip off
the "protocol" prefix and separate it into a server address and
a newsgroup name and use them however you need to. You seem
to be already using the server; so perhaps all you need is the latter
anyway.
