Installing SP 2

Hi:

After downloading SP2. It starts to install, but at the middle point, the
instalation is freezed. Even wating for a long time. I cannot close any
window.

Anybody can help me?

Press Ctrl/Alt/Delete
Under Applications you can End Task on the install procedure.

How are you installing SP-2?
Automatic Update?
Or did you download the full version or order on CD?
