Use tasklist (from your Support Tools) to find out what other task
has that file open. E.g. open a command window and enter:
tasklist /v /fi "Modules eq msdasql.dll"
Note: the /v switch is optional, meaning verbose. Even without it
you should see displayed the name of the program and its PID,
which should be enough for you to decide what to do about it.
