Installing SP1

I download this and it will not install. Also, I cannot use OE6 for any
outgoing emails except those which have my same isp.

SP1 for what? Windows NT, 2000 or XP? Internet Explorer 5 or 6? Exchange
Server? ... There are a million of em. It would also help to know the
specifics of your symptoms. We can't see your monitor.

As for the OE6 question, you will find an answer in an OE6 newsgroup.

What operating system?
What happens when you try to install SP-1?
Install SP-2 instead if you have Windows XP:
