Installing Turbo Tax Using Vista

I cannot install Turbo Tax 2008 on my Vista computer. Dell and Mircosoft have
not been able to resolve. Reading the Turbo Tax help menu, I might need to
install Net Framework 1.1 but I am not able to install. Is anyone else having
this problem. Thanks.
