installing update KB967642 failed

Dear everyone,

the remove update KB967642 was downloaded completely with the SP2 but
the computer wasnot able to instal it
i tried to instal manually but stil giving me failure

every time i turn off the pc still asking me to log off after
installing or not and also didnt install it

i tried to remove the update to e instal it again but i couldnt
remove, or actually idont know how to do it ???

can you please help how to solve this problem because SP2 is not
installed also (failure)

Assuming you're referring to Office 2007 SP2...

You receive an error message when you try to install the 2007 Microsoft
Office suite service packs

However, MU reports Succeeded: 4 updates and has installed

To avoid confusion, please begin a new thread about your specific problem
instead of hijacking someone else's thread. State your IE version and full
Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP2) in your first post.
