Vista Security Updates - KB935807

I have noticed that the most recent group of updates have multiple issues.
After narrowing the group down one by one it appears that the Security Update
KB935807 is the culprit. I did see a work around by one of your "teck's, but
all this is doing is rediculous--soon there will be multiple files and
folders that may have conflicts later on. Obviously you have NOT checked this
one out before issuing it to your customers. This is the 3rd time that I have
had to go and make numerous changes to make a particular update install /
work. After viewing the 'Discusions' web page, I can see that many of your
customers are having numerous issues with VISTA; especially with "IMPORTANT
UPDATES". I would highly recommend you establish a 'Quality Process' that
allows error free updates - you are already getting too many 'black eyes'. I
am a MS stockholder and unfortunatly have had to advise many clients NOT TO
GO TO A COMPUTER THAT IS USING VISTA as the Operating System, but to wait for
6 to 12 months so they can work out their problems .......... I would
appreciate a reply .....Regards, John Rendall

I definately agree with you. All provided updates should be compatible with
the same month's updates, previous updates, and the areas their updating.
This is rediculas that not only has a problem is occuring, but microsoft is
not doing anything about it. I tried calling them up about 20 minutes ago
and they just hung up on me. And I don't have any useful info from the email
that I finally recieved from them. These program updates are not only
aweful, but their customer service sucks with these problems because they
don't help and somehow refuse to give (us) the custimers the solutions and in
a timely manner.
