Installing a USB Dongle onto Vista

I am trying to install a USB Dongle but I keep getting an error message
I am running Windows Vista Home Premium on Servie Pack 1. Can anyon

Before we can help you, you need to help us by giving more details.
What USB dongle are you trying to install? What is the exact error
message you see when attempting to install it? Since we can't see what
your computer is doing, you have to be our eyes and describe to us
what's happening. The more details you can provide, the better your
chances are that someone here can help you.

Apologises for the delay in replying, but have been away working. I a
trying to install a Bluetooth v2.0 USB Dongle and there are two erro
messages. The first is
"-Windows could not load the installer for Bluetooth-" the second i
"-Error 0 occurred during installation! Please try running setup again-
and then the circle begins. Any help would be appreciated or am I jus
fated for it not to work
