How to Installing Visual Studio 2003 on Vista Home Basic

I have Vista Home Basic and i want to install Visual Studio 2003 on it !
Is this possible and if it is possible then how can i do it ?

While it *may* be possible, VS .NET 2003 is not supported in Vista, and you
will almost assuredly have issues trying to use it if you manage to install
it. My understanding is that there are major issues with the debugger, for
starters.
Will any of the free VS 2005 Express editions help you? They can be
installed to work reliably in Vista?
