Installing Win Internet Explorer 7.0 update WITHOUT FRONTPAGE

Hi can anyone help?
My PC is set to automatically download all MS Win updates, recently it
downloaded the update for “Windows Internet Explorer 7.0 for Windows XP” but
on trying to install it requires some file or files from FRONTPAGE and stops
the installation asking me to insert the disc with MS Office XP Professional
with FrontPage on. My PC has MS Office 2003 installed and I have never needed
FrontPage. I do not want to upgrade to MS Office XP Professional with
FrontPage. However, every time I boot the PC, or open an MS application, the
outstanding incomplete installation starts and I have to wait until the error
box re-appears (Asking for the disc) before I can cancel the installation and
continue working.

Q. Does anyone know how I can either COMPLETE the installation successfully,
or if not, how I can DELETE the installation?

Q. If I am able to DELETE the installation, does anyone know how I can
delete the downloaded upgrade (Which must be laying on my PC some place, but
not installed)?

Garry

The download is stored in WINDOWS\Software Distribution\Download
Delete the contents of that folder.
Then read this :
http://www.ie-vista.com/known_issues.html#pre-install

IF the install asks for files and the CD for FrontPage then download the
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301

Run it and remove the configuration information for FrontPage.
