The download is stored in WINDOWS\Software Distribution\Download
Delete the contents of that folder.
Then read this :

IF the install asks for files and the CD for FrontPage then download the
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility :
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
Run it and remove the configuration information for FrontPage.
