Installing WUS

I'm trying to install WUS on a Windows 2003 Standard Edition. I've installed
BITS 2.0. The problem that I'm having is that everytime I attempt to install
WUSSetup.exe, I get the following error "WUSSetup.exe is not a valid win32
application" any suggestions. -Krug Dotson (MKE)

Hi

Your download is corrupt, you need to download WUSSetup.exe again
from Microsoft's web page.

Fyi:
