Instant messenging

When i try to start an instant message with one of my contacts, it says "the
following message cannot be delivered to all recipients" but the contact is
definitely online and so am i
this is happening every time i try to start a conversation
please help

Probably is a server problem. You can try to change your DNS and
login/logout your account.

Try it.
