does any one els have any problem after installing any of the security
updates; where the clock rate of a processor might chage. i have a pentium d
945 at 3.4GHZ after installing all the security fixes for it and restarting
the computer it now displays 2.39 ghz. but when i run intell processor
identification utility it dispays it at 3.4 ghz. does any onje els have this
problem.
