Intel Porset wireless Problem

I hadnt used my wireless adapter for some time, and recently went to use it.
firstly it would let me at all, it was saying that the device was being used
by another utility. i rolled back the driver on it and i got it working, but
it still is not working properly. it often logs me off and says the same
message, that it is being used by another utility, plus whenever i go to the
wwireless software, it says that intel Proset/wireless software version
11.1.0.0 does not support intel pro wireless 3945agb network connection
device driver version 10.1.1.7

please either update the driver to one of the following versions 11.1.0.x.

Or install version 10.0.0.x of the Intel proset/wireless software


well as far as i can tell, im using the right driver.....any other
suggestions for these 2 problems?
