Internal Error 2203

I am trying to install Taxcut 2007 and I am receiving an error message.
Internal Error 2203: C:\Windows\Installer\bblc8.ipi

Any help to reslove this will be appreciated.

I would try running the setup app for the Taxcut software by opening a
command prompt icon that you rightclick to 'run as administrator'. The
command prompt will then let you run a command like:
start TaxcutInstall.exe
