Internal Error 2718

I am using VISTA Home Premium O/S

Each time I attempt to open Internet Explorer or Outlook 2003 I get the
following error message

TITLE: Turbotax its deductible 2006

Internal Error 2718

STRING: AFFIEA96-9C23-4249-B7D4-CD4854D4582F

Any support or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

That's pointing to a registry value shown there. You may have to
reistall or simply remove the Turbotax software in order to see that
corrected. Another usefull tool is the installer cleanup utility
available at 'Description of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility'
