Internal Error 2908 in Windows XP

I have windows XP and recently I had a virus. I used the Sassor Worm Virus Removal Tool which took the virus away but since then when I startup a box comes up saying Windows Installer, then next box comes up "Copy" and then Internal error 2908 with another line of numbers such as " {EBB15EA3-83A9-46E8-866E-C3C30A1A444F} and click on OK and another set of numbers come up. Please help me get this fixed.
