Internal Windowsupdate Site

Hi,

I have a little question concerning running an internal update site.
The situation that I'm dealing with is a computer shop with a technical
service.

These need constantly doing windowsupdate which brings along a large
amount of traffic on their internet connection.

Is there way to run a sort of internal windowsupdate site ?
Without GPO ? (These computers that are being repaired are from
customers and 95 % of the case they are not configured to be in a
domain.)
