Internet bandwidth capped at 8 Mbps?

I've been Vista Ultimate with no real problems for 10 months...

I just upgraded my internet connection to 16 Mbps.

However, the Vista machine won't go faster than 8 Mbps, as indicated by
www.speakeasy.net/speedtest.

An XP machine, on the same router, gets the full 16 Mbps.

Any suggestions?

Tom
