When connected to a local Wi-Fi (coded), browser at the beginning works fine
but after a certain time (say, 5 to 10 minutes) it responds with "page
cannot be obtained" message and it remains blocked. The computer has to be
restarted and then the story repeats itself. What is blocking the browser? I
switched off the firewall and antivirus already, cleaned also all malware...

My bet is that you have a problem with memory. When the problem happen
type event viewer in search and see what appears as errors

Type memory diagnostics in search and take the memory test. Take i
over night, You need at least 6 hours

If they come up negative switch browsers, FireFox is nice as is Chrome

If it happens only at that one WIFI conncection, its them

sounds like IP renewal is set to 10 minutes at the DHCP server and your PC
fails to renew IP address.

Do you have Zone Alarm installed? If so, it's a known bug with ZA and
Vista with no known fix.
