Internet Connection and Guest Account

Hi,

Please can you tell me how I can arrange for guests to have the
ability to setup an Internet connection

The Guest account really only has one feature disabled that is available to
all other users. It can share an existing connection, but cannot start or
create a new one. Make up a 'MyGuest' account for those you want to be able
to open a connection. It would have to be an Admin account to create a new
one.
