Internet Explorer 400 Error

When I try to connect by Internet Explorer to a website on the internet I
get a

Error Code: 400 Bad Request. The data is invalid. (13)

Could it be a problem maybe with ISA server? Even though I allowed all
users to exit connection!

solved port had to be 8080 not 80
