Internet Explorer 7.0.6000.16575 keeps crashing

My Internet Explorer 7.0.6000.16575 keeps crashing all the time on Vista
Basic.
Which is the best Web Browser with no plugin problems available now? I found
Safari 3.0.4 to be one, but this has problems with yahoo mail!

I have them both...but still yahoo mail has trouble loading on safari...

Oh, I was referring to Internet Explorer 7. I don't know about, please note
its still in beta, so you should try sending your feedback through Help
Menu.

the IE almost stopped crashing after I upgraded the flash player installed
on my system.
