Internet Explorer Address Bar not responding

following download of latest Microsoft Update, I realised that the address
(scroll) bar containing all the history of web sites used in the past did not
respond anymore - cannot find a solution to the problem

when clearing the history of web sites through Tools/Internet Options, the
address bar started working again but only for a short period of time, when
problem reappeared

Hi Freddy - I suggest that you follow up on the recent threads related to
KB908531, and suggestions that you uninstall the update until Microsoft
revokes and replaces that update.
