You state that you upgraded to Vista. Did you use the upgrade version or the
full version? If you used the upgrade version, you might be better off
performing a clean install of Vista. Refer to the post 'Clean Install Windows
Vista Using Upgrade Media' in the newsgroup 'Windows Vista Installation and
Setup' for detailed instructions on how to do this. If you have any files
that you wish to save, please save them to removeable media before carrying
out the above procedure. You can then restore these files after you have
finished installing Vista.
