internet explorer displays blank page after hotmail login

i can load the page where i sign in and i can do that just fine but once i
type and name and password in and hit enter, it takes me to a blank page. it
is completely blank. it not a "page cannot be displayed" page. my internet
security options r set to medium and i tried it at low as well. hotmail or
any other website r not blocked in the "per site privacy actions" for cookies
under the privacy tab and my HOSTS file is clean. i have also reinstalled
internet explorer. no success with any of this. im usually pretty good with
windows and its components but i have pretty much tried everything i can
think of, to no avail. HELP please.

Did you ever figure out how to view the page? Please let me know!
