Internet Explorer doesnt remember my homepage in Vista

I have just upgraded to Vista Business from XP professional. I ran Internet
Explorer 7 on XP so the home page stuck. However, I created a user account
since Microsoft recommends that one not use the admin account all the time
but now IE7 does not retain my home page. I have added it every way I know
how but every time I launch IE again or hit the Home page button it returns
to MSN. Please help
