Internet Explorer (IE) Suddenly Shrunk the Font Size of Web Text

For some reason, Internet Explorer suddenly made the font of certain websites
smaller. It just happened today (or yesterday). I can't figure out why -
all other browsers show normal-sized text.

IE sometimes shows text normally -- it appears that web pages using HTML+CSS
has normal-sized font, but old HTML fonts appear smaller.

Is anyone else having this problem? And how do I fix it? Was it due to a
Microsoft update?

What happens when you increase text size with IE-View-Text Size?

I have a message that states my display and adapter are not compatible - but
this just happened - did something get deleted? my screen is 1/2 size and
colors are fixed at 16.

You might be better off posting to a newsgroup for your operating
system. This has nothing to do with Windows Update and I don't see why
you are tacking it onto a seemingly unrelated thread.

When you repost to a more relevant place, you should include exact
details of error messages and what adapters you are talking about.
