Hi, I've posted this question elsewhere but have not found the answer. Ever
since installing winXP SP2, Internet Explorer has acted strange when online.
Every couple minutes, the screen "jumps" and then I have to reclick the mouse
button for the cursor to work again or to continue tying. Is something in the
new Security Center doing this? there something I need to turn off? Thanks
