internet explorer missing

After deleting unused widows components ie fax etc with the disk cleanup
internet explorer browser is missing. is there any way I can ge it back?

Is Internet Explorer missing - or is it you just don't see the blue "e" to
open it?

You are right ,of course, it IS just the shortcut to launch. I didn't
realize that until after I wrote the post, but I would like to have it
back.IE is no longer listed in the programs when I click "all programs".
