Internet Explorer redirects me to a bad page

When I am in IE and looking thru a website, example:
Looking at vacation spots in Atlanta, I click on "condominiums"
I am immediately redirected to a new website called "Ad in the middle" or
origin.midaddle.com
This happens all the time, even when I am looking thru reputable websites,
like Microsoft. I have to go back and forward several times to get to the
actual connection I want. The website has directions on how to remove their
program, but I don't have their program loaded. I have sent them two
requests on how to remove them from my browser in their Contact Us section
but they have never responded. I have also found their email address
() but it is an invalid address. This has been going on
for weeks now. It is so frustrating. I am running Windows XP (the new
upgrade is a whole other story that I am working on) and I have Norton
Anti-virus and a pop-up blocker. I have tried to block and/or disallow the
site but that doesn't work either. I really need some help here. I'm sure
there is a simple solution, but I just can't find it. It is hardly worth
searching the internet due to this interference. Thanks for any help I can
get.
Best,
L
