Internet Explorer Reminder

I get a pop-up window that says:
"Reminder (with date and time)
THE PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED
The page you are looking for is currently unabailable.
Its just like if you open the brouser offline, the only way to get rid of it
is by
presing Alt Ctrl Del and ending the task, then after a few minutes it
pops-up again.
How do you stop it from popping up anymore?
