Internet Explorer Runtime Error

I'm getting an explore.exe application error @ location OX7c81eb33 - any
hints on how I can get rid of this other than reloading the software - I have
all the updates loaded

WXP SP2

Scan your system for spyware and remove the Google Toolbar. It 'might' help.
