Internet Explorer Shut down

Since owning the HP pavilion dc7 1245dx with Vista, after the installation by
Geek Squad of all programs, Two issues are continuous. 1. Onternet Explorer
message ie: Internet Exxplorer has stopped working. A problems cause the
program to stop working. Will notify you if a solution is available. Have
never been notified and happens each time a new program is opened. 2. HP
Media TV Resident has stopped working. Same message as above. I have never
ussed TV Resident.
Would appreciate help in fixing the problem, that has been on going for 5
months.

Take the computer back to Geek Squad or format & reinstall Windows.
